I recently contracted with Lyster Excavating to provide excavation services for the installation of a large pole building on my property.  The estimate process was professional and easy.  Matt came out to my home and provided me with a detailed and competitive estimate based off of my specific requirements. 

We discussed in detail his plan of attack and addressed the key areas that would need to be discussed further. Matt then set a date and time to start the project.  He arrived promptly and was prepared with all of the equipment and tools required to do the job.  He made quick work of the tasks at hand due to his operating experience, job site knowledge, and quality machinery.   At the end of the day he provided me with a level and compact building pad along with a compact stone driveway and parking area.

Matt then returned after the building was built to complete the final grade work.  He addressed water runoff and erosion to ensure I would not have any issues in the future.  At the completion of the job, Matt ensured my property was free of debris and that I was 100% satisfied with the work he had completed.
